Hi, I’m Mohibbullah!
One challenge I often face at work is explaining why a planning decision matters. Wider roads, parks and community facilities take up land that could otherwise be sold, so I often need to explain why that space is needed and how it benefits the neighbourhood in the long term. I want to strengthen my knowledge so I can give clearer reasons for my recommendations and show how they can improve the whole neighbourhood.
Through graduate study, I hope to learn more about land-use and transportation planning, particularly how to make neighbourhoods more accessible and less dependent on cars. I also want to explore how GIS, 3D visualization and AI can help compare planning options and explain their likely effects.
Outside work, I enjoy running, playing chess and spoken-word poetry.
