Welcome!
I’m a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I currently work as an Assistant Manager in the Planning Department at Rahat and Rafit Real Estate Ltd. in Dhaka. Over four years of professional practice in Bangladesh, I have worked on residential plans, spatial data analysis, development approvals, planning reports, and 3D urban models. These experiences have shown me how planning decisions evolve in response to site conditions, regulations and discussions with different stakeholders. This website brings together selected projects, research and presentations from my academic and professional work, along with reflections on the planning questions I encounter in practice.

Highlights
1. 500-Acre 3D Urban Model
I prepared a 2D layout following local planning standards and regulations and developed a 3D urban model using AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro. The model shows the proposed arrangement of roads, buildings and open spaces and was created for project visualization and marketing.
2. I am thrilled to announce that a poster based on my undergraduate thesis has been published as part of the prestigious Ecocity World Summit 2023. The poster, titled “A Study on Recreational Facilities of Large-Scale Apartment Complex in Dhaka, Bangladesh,” examines the availability, use and management of recreational facilities in selected large-scale apartment complexes in Dhaka, identifying problems and recommending improvements.
